-Midnight Running
Youthness full of enjoyment Days of freshness. Nights of wonder. The street was pathed. It spanned a infinite mile. The moon arose. The children who wished of being 12 or 13, Walked. Peacefully dreaming. Wishful wondering. Yes, the enjoyment. The memories. The memories. Then out of the shadows. A mask appeared. And wishful turned into seclusion. Peaceful turned into hate. That night one fell. That night the stars cried out, And left nature to cuddle the objects of evidence. She would be our only secret. And never attest to our crime.
